As you go through your planning, you'll find that not only will there be a lot of numbers to keep track of, the further you get into it the harder it is to keep everything organized. We have this handy little sheet that we put in the front of our files- as we learn arrival, departure, and other specific times pertaining to the event we just jot them down here. Then, when it's time for a timeline update, we'll take all of these times and input them on to the final timeline.
